The owners of this 1825 rowhome in Federal Hill have spent 5 years methodically renovating the interior of this beautiful home. This phase, which is the final, will include a small addition in the center of the home in order to add a master suite on the third floor and to provide a deep energy retrofit where the entire exterior of the house will be wrapped in exterior continuous insulation and covered in new rainscreen cladding.

The intent is to design this house to meet current PassiveHaus standards.
