The Mill is a townhouse/student housing project in Newark, Delaware. It was a collaboration with the Lang Development Group and was designed to fit into the existing site’s collection of historic mill buildings but with a modern flare. The project consisted of designing this new townhouse structure and the adaptive reuse of the neighboring historic brick building.
