RAD was founded in 2022 in Baltimore, MD with the intent of making a positive impact on the city and its surrounding neighborhoods. Although rooted in the city, our work spans the Mid-Atlantic region and more recently international. Our micro studio is committed to in-house technological expertise allowing us to provide our clients with a comprehensive experience.
Richard Rinehart, AIA, NCARB
Richard has 20 years of experience in the field of architecture. He was previously a project manager at Clark Design Group where he designed and managed many of their notable and award winning projects. Although a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, Richard has always been a Baltimorean at heart. He is a lifelong devotee of the Baltimore Orioles and spent his adolescence playing in the metro baseball league in the city’s many ballparks.
Licensed to practice architecture in Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania.
Sara Reisinger, Assoc. SARA
Sara has 15 years of experience working in the built environment. She has previously worked as a project designer in several firms including Clark Design Group, focusing on adaptive reuse and sustainable materials. Earning her undergraduate degree at Philadelphia University, Sara also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation from the University of Delaware.
